On Wednesday, the Latino Executive Network (LEN) hosted its Membership Launch Night at Elcielo in La Cosecha, marking a clear shift in how the organization plans to move forward.
The invitation-only private dinner brought together executives who had gone through LEN’s vetting process, reinforcing the network’s focus on keeping the room intentional and highly curated. Mario Ramos, Founder and CEO, introduced LEN’s 2026 program, outlining the connections, collaboration, and leadership opportunities members can expect in the year ahead.

Pamela Nieto, Board Secretary and LEN Co-Founder, walked guests through the new membership structure — including benefits, selection criteria, and the application process. Juan Cardona, Board Treasurer, announced two new Board members: Roberta Braga, Founder and Executive Director of the Digital Democracy Institute of the Americas (DDIA), and Nicole Durler-Montant, Chief Development and Communications Officer at LEDC.
Maritza Lizama, Advisory Board Member and LEN Co-Founder, closed the evening by highlighting Daniella Senior, February’s Executive in the Spotlight. Senior, founder of Colada Shop, spoke candidly about entrepreneurship and what it takes to build a business from the ground up.

Beginning next Tuesday, LEN will open membership applications and nominations. In keeping with its model, prospective members must be invited by a current member, the Board, or the Advisory Council.
The evening set the tone for LEN's evolution: a network of Latino leaders built on visibility, access, and intentional collaboration.
