Washington, D.C. — August 12, 2026 — The Latino Executive Network (LEN) is bringing back Top 10 Latino Voices, its annual recognition of Latino leaders whose accomplishments and influence are helping shape the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia region. For 2026, LEN is opening nominations to the broader community.
The recognition reflects the breadth of Latino leadership across the DMV—from entrepreneurs and executives to civic leaders, innovators and community builders. Last year’s honorees represented a range of industries and disciplines, highlighting the many ways Latino leaders are contributing to the region’s economic, civic and cultural life.
Now, LEN is inviting the community to help identify the leaders who should be recognized next.
“We are an important part of the story of America,” said Mario Ramos, Founder and CEO of the Latino Executive Network. “We are building businesses, creating jobs, shaping culture, strengthening communities, and contributing to the economy every day. Recognizing Latino leaders is not just about celebrating individual accomplishments. It’s about making visible the impact we are making in our community.”
Who belongs on the list?
Nominees do not need to be LEN members. They can be established leaders with a long record of achievement or emerging voices making their mark.
LEN is looking for Latino leaders who:
Make a meaningful impact across the DMV
Have earned the respect of their industry or community
Create opportunities and open doors for others
Lead, build, innovate or give back in meaningful ways
Nominations are open through August 31
The nomination process is intentionally simple: submit a name and a LinkedIn profile or website. No form or essay necessary.
The 2026 Top 10 Latino Voices will be announced and featured by LEN between September 15 and October 15, 2026.
