​Membership Acceptance & Fees
Membership payment is only available to individuals who have been reviewed and approved by the LEN Vetting Committee. All membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of non-acceptance, resignation, termination, or lack of participation.

Membership Privileges
Membership in LEN provides access to networking opportunities, events, and programming; however, LEN does not guarantee specific business opportunities, financial gain, employment, partnerships, or outcomes of any kind.

​

Code of Conduct & Values
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner consistent with LEN’s mission and values. LEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion if a member’s behavior is deemed inconsistent with these standards, without refund of membership fees.

Annual Review & Renewal
Membership is granted on an annual basis and is subject to renewal. Renewal may be reviewed based on participation, engagement, and alignment with LEN’s mission and values.

Limitation of Liability
LEN, its board members, officers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in LEN events, activities, communications, or relationships formed through the organization.

Use of Name & Image
By accepting membership, members grant LEN permission to use their name, title, organization, and likeness for organizational, promotional, and informational purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Modification of Terms
LEN reserves the right to modify membership terms, fees, benefits, and policies at any time. Members will be notified of material changes.

Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

Revocation of Membership
LEN reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership at its sole discretion if a member’s conduct is determined to be inconsistent with LEN’s mission, values, or ethical standards, including behavior that harms the organization or its community. Such action shall not entitle the member to any refund of membership fees.
