The Latino Executive Network (LEN) continues to lead by example, demonstrating that leadership is not only about business success but also about creating meaningful change in the community. On October 8, 2025, LEN presented a donation to Mary’s Center, drawn from funds raised during the LEN Cup 2025, its premier polo event held on September 7 at Summerhill Polo in Poolesville, Maryland. The event brought together more than 150 Latino executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, underscoring LEN’s role as a hub for influential voices in the Latino business community.
The check presentation took place at Mary’s Center’s Adams Morgan location, with Nancy Ban, CEO of Mary’s Center; Heather Morgan, EVP of Development; Lauren Shutler, Senior Manager of Community Engagement; Lindsay Edwards, Corporate Relations and Development; Mario Ramos, CEO of LEN; and Luis Clavijo, LEN Board Member, in attendance.
Now in its second consecutive year, LEN’s partnership with Mary’s Center reflects a shared commitment to advancing wellness, education, and opportunity for families across the region. Through initiatives like the LEN Cup, LEN leverages its network and resources to empower organizations that drive real impact in the Latino community.
“At LEN, we believe leadership is about action and impact. Supporting Mary’s Center allows us to extend our influence beyond business and into the lives of families who need it most,” said Mario Ramos, CEO of the Latino Executive Network.
LEN looks forward to continuing this successful partnership and amplifying its impact at the next LEN Cup in 2026, further strengthening its mission to empower Latino leaders and communities.
