LEN’s Power Hour made a vibrant return to the Quadrant Bar at The Ritz, filling the room with energy, conversation, and community spirit. With a full house and contagious enthusiasm, members and guests reconnected, made new connections, and exchanged ideas that reflect LEN’s mission to empower and elevate Latino leaders.
The highlight of the evening was the Executive Spotlight featuring Pamela Nieto and Maritza Lizama, co-founders of Captiva Branding, recognized for reimagining how brands connect with people and purpose. The celebration continued with the announcement of LEN’s Top 10 Latino Voices of the DMV, honoring trailblazers driving meaningful impact across business, community, and culture.

As one attendee put it best, “It feels like coming home.” Between intros and hugs, attendees enjoyed an evening of delicious small bites and signature cocktails — including taqueños and mango margaritas.
To close the night, attendees walked away with 3 pro networking tips — practical insights to keep building authentic, lasting connections well beyond the event.
