LEN Board Member Nicole Durler-Montant Featured at 2026 USHCC Legislative Summit

The Latino Executive Network (LEN) is proud to recognize Nicole Durler-Montant, LEN Board Member and Chief Development & Communications Officer at the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), for her participation in a featured roundtable discussion at the 2026 U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Legislative Summit.

A member of LEN since its early years and one of the most recent additions to the organization's Board of Directors, Nicole has long been a respected voice within the network. Her leadership, commitment to economic opportunity, and deep expertise in community development continue to make a meaningful impact both within LEN and across the broader Latino business ecosystem.

At the Summit, Nicole joined leaders from Lendistry and LiftFund to discuss how Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) can serve as long-term ecosystem partners for chambers of commerce, entrepreneurs, and small business communities across the country.

The discussion highlighted the critical role that mission-driven financial institutions play in expanding access to capital, supporting business growth, and strengthening local economies.

LEN is proud to see its members helping shape important national conversations around entrepreneurship, access to capital, and economic development. Nicole’s participation reflects the caliber of leadership within our network and the growing influence of Latino executives driving positive change in communities nationwide.
