From LEN’s CEO: Leading Forward Together

Dear Members, Collaborators, and Friends,

This past year has presented significant challenges for the Hispanic community and for business leaders navigating an increasingly complex landscape. In moments like these, unity, visibility, and purposeful leadership matter more than ever. This is why the work of the Latino Executive Network (LEN) is both timely and essential. LEN is an invitation-only network of Latino executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders—and a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization—committed to elevating the Latino business community through collaboration, opportunity, and shared excellence.

Our organization exists because connection matters, especially during periods of uncertainty and transformation. By fostering trusted relationships and meaningful dialogue, LEN creates space to highlight Latino executives, amplify their voices, and bring visibility to the leaders shaping industries and generating impact. This collective approach strengthens individual businesses, as well as the broader position of Latino leadership across sectors.

Over the past year, LEN has experienced steady growth in both reach and impact. We will be expanding our activities and events, deepening strategic partnerships, and preparing new initiatives that will allow us to do even more meaningful and impactful work in 2026. The momentum we are building reflects the strength of the Latino community and the shared commitment of those who believe in our mission.

To support this next phase, we will also be introducing changes to our organizational structure designed to enhance effectiveness, engagement, and long-term sustainability. These updates will help ensure that LEN continues to serve as a strong, relevant, and trusted platform for Latino executives and entrepreneurs who are leading with purpose in challenging times.
