Co-Founder Pamela Nieto Steps Into Board Leadership Role at LEN

During its second-quarter board meeting, the Board of Directors of Latino Executive Network (LEN) unanimously approved a strategic leadership transition within the organization.

As part of LEN’s long-term vision for growth and institutional strengthening, Mario Ramos — founder and former Board President — made the decision to pass the baton to Pamela Nieto, co-founder of the organization and previously serving as Board Secretary.

The transition reflects Ramos’ decision to focus more fully on his role as CEO of LEN, overseeing the organization’s operations, strategic development, partnerships, and continued expansion as it enters a new stage of growth.

Since the early formation of LEN, Pamela Nieto has worked closely alongside Mario Ramos in helping shape the organization’s vision, culture, and mission. As co-founder, she has played a key role in the organization’s development from its earliest stages, making her a natural choice to lead the Board during this next chapter of growth.

“Organizations evolve, and leadership must evolve with them. LEN is entering an important stage of consolidation and growth, and I believe Pamela is the right person to lead the Board while I remain focused on the executive and operational direction of the organization,” said Ramos. “She has helped build LEN from day one, and there is no one who understands the mission of this organization more deeply than she does.”

The proposal received unanimous support from all Board members present, including Roberta Braga, Nicole Durler-Montant, Juan Cardona, Luis Clavijo, along with Pamela Nieto and Mario Ramos.

Mario Ramos will continue serving as CEO and active member of the Board of Directors, maintaining a central role in the organization’s vision, leadership, and execution.

This transition reinforces LEN’s commitment to building a strong, collaborative leadership structure designed to support the organization’s continued growth and impact within the Latino executive and business community.
