Chef Christian Irabien, known for his innovative culinary style and as a valued member of the Latino Executive Network (LEN) board, has earned a prestigious spot in the @MichelinGuide with his restaurant, Amparo Fondita.
Christian expressed his gratitude to both the past and present team at Amparo Fondita, whose collective passion has driven the restaurant’s success. "I'm honored to be in the company of some DC heavyweights like @pascual.dc and @cucina.morini, both doing incredible things in their neighborhoods," said Irabien.
He also proudly celebrates that two of the three Michelin-recognized restaurants represent Mexico, showcasing the vibrant contributions of Mexican cuisine to the culinary world.
