Celebrating Latino Leadership at the HCCMC Awards Gala

On Thursday, October 16, LEN attended the 2025 HCCMC Hispanic Leadership Awards Gala at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, hosted by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Montgomery County. LEN Founder and CEO Mario Ramos joined community and business leaders for an inspiring evening celebrating Latino leadership, excellence, and service.

The gala honored individuals whose work uplifts and empowers the Hispanic community — values that strongly align with LEN’s mission to foster culture, connection, and leadership. It was a night filled with pride, inspiration, and a shared commitment to advancing opportunity for all.
