The Latino Executive Network (LEN)is a trusted, invitation-only network of Latino executives and entrepreneurs from diverse industries who come together to build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, create opportunities, and strengthen the Latino business community. To ensure the quality and engagement of our members, the following requirements apply:

1. Latino Identity: Members must identify as Latino, of Latin American heritage.

​

2. Professional standing: Members must be established entrepreneurs, executives, senior government officials, distinguished academics, or artists.

​

3. Residency / Business Presence: Members must reside in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia area, or regularly conduct business in the DMV region.

​

5. Membership by Recommendation: To be considered for membership, you need a LEN member in your corner. An active member must recommend you, and additional references from the network may be requested as part of the vetting process.

6. Vetting Committee Approval: Prospective members must be formally approved by the LEN vetting committee.

​

7. Event Participation: Members are expected to attend at least three LEN events annually to remain actively engaged in the network.

​

8. Guest Engagement: Members must commit to bringing at least three guests per year to LEN events who may potentially become future members.

​

9. Annual Membership & Review: Members must pay the LEN annual membership fee. Membership is renewed annually and is subject to review based on participation, engagement, and alignment with LEN's mission and values.​
