TO BECOME A MEMBER you have to meet the following requirements:

1. You must identify yourself as Latino. 

2. You have to be a trusted Latino chief executive, extraordinary entrepreneur, chairperson of the board, successful and recognized leader, managing director or advisor.

3. You must reside in the DC metropolitan area.

4. No Startups - Established for at least 3 years.

5. You must be sponsored by an active LEN member.

6. You must be accepted by the LEN vetting committee.

7. You must attend at least 5 events organized by LEN per year.

8. You must commit to bringing in at least three guests per year to the group to potentially become members.

9. You must pay the LEN annual membership.
