The Latino Executive Network (LEN) is an invitation-only community of Latino leaders committed to advancing professional excellence, mentorship, and impact within the Latino community. To ensure the quality and engagement of our members, the following requirements apply:

1. Latino Identity
   Members must identify as Latino, of Latin American heritage.
    

2. Professional Leadership
   Members must be established entrepreneurs, executives, leaders of high-impact nonprofit organizations, senior government officials, artists, or distinguished academics recognized for their professional achievements and leadership.
    

3. Residency / Business Presence
   Members must reside in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia area, or regularly conduct business in the DMV region.
    

4. Business / Organizational Tenure
   Members must be established business owners or executives. While startups are generally not eligible, exceptions may be made for high-impact startups with demonstrated traction.
    

5. Sponsorship & Recommendations
   Membership requires sponsorship by an active LEN member. In addition, a brief professional recommendation from some LEN members may be requested to strengthen the vetting process.
    

6. Vetting Committee Approval
   Prospective members must be formally approved by the LEN vetting committee.
    

7. Event Participation
   Members are expected to attend at least three LEN events annually to remain actively engaged in the network.
    

8. Guest Engagement
   Members must commit to bringing at least three guests per year to LEN events who may potentially become future members.
    

9. Values & Community Commitment
   Members are expected to uphold LEN’s values, including mentorship, responsible leadership, and meaningful contributions to the Latino community.
    

10. Annual Membership & Review
    Members must pay the LEN annual membership fee. Membership is renewed annually and is subject to review based on participation, engagement, and alignment with LEN’s mission and values.
